Goal

The Agent Install User is only permitted to update the Agent logs under <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_inst/sysman/log folder.

In a situation when a privileged user (a non Agent Install User or "root" user) runs a Perl script, the privileged user will try to update Agent Perl log "emagent_perl.trc" file which is restricted for only Agent Install user. To handle this situation a separate file needs to be created to record all the entries run by a non Agent Install User or "root" user.
