 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4

While  executing the below step, getting error
Install L2TP Tunnel on RUEI

# cd /u01/app/ruei/
# ./ruei-install.sh rpms/ux-tunnel-receive-*.rpm
Verifying... ################################# [100%]
Preparing... ################################# [100%]
Updating / installing...
1:ux-tunnel-receive-13.5.1.0.0-2021################################# [100%]
Job for ux-tunnel-receive.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status ux-tunnel-receive.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
