Symptoms

On : 13.5.0.0.0 version, Patching Framework

After upgrade OMS to 13.5 EM Job service shows down

"EM Jobs Service" target shown as down in Cloud Control. The status of "EM Jobs Service" target can be checked as follows:

Login to Cloud Control -> Drop Down "Targets" -> Select "Services"
