Symptoms

 When trying to access Fusion Middleware console (/em) page, the login pages comes up.
After login, it goes to blank page redirecting the URL to


https://<hostname>:<port>/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx

The same user credentials are working for weblogic console login.
