Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4 Cloud Control using Fleet Maintenance, the UPDATE_RACDB job skips running the catbundle.sql script on the database on an eight node cluster as a part of the post-install sql steps.

Final command line to execute is $PERL_HOME/perl
