Fusion Middlware Control Advanced Configuration does not Show the Changes when Reloading the Updated File (Doc ID 2819006.1)

Symptoms


When using Fusion Middleware Control to modify the OHS configuration using Advanced Configuration the changes to the configuration file are not reflected when rereading the file.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Use Advanced Configuration to modify the config file, for example ssl.conf.
2. Apply the changes and restart OHS. The changes take affect. The staging and runtime ssl.conf file is updated.
3. Reload the ssl.conf into Advanced configuration and the changes do not exist.
