AgentPersistenceTimeout Not A Valid Configuration Property (Doc ID 2819032.1)

Goal

From note 2101383.1 it states

Changing the Agent persistence settings (default value is 90 - seconds) in case there are a lot of network timeouts (AgentPersistenceTimeout parameter):
  emctl setproperty agent -allow_new -name AgentPersistenceTimeout -value 120

However, AgentPersistenceTimeout is not a valid configuration property. If you run emctl getproperty to find the current value, it results in an error

emctl getproperty agent -name AgentPersistenceTimeout
