Enterprise Manager (OEM) saves the 'Named Credentials' every time a new job is created/submitted using NEW credentials. On console, by default the option is grayed out and any new credentials provided are saved as 'Named Credentials' by default.

The issue becomes even bigger when the jobs are submitted using EMCLI command, where the credentials needs to be provided and every time the credentials are saved as a 'new set of Named Credentials' in repository table/view.

For Example, below job using EMCLI command connects to database to do certain task.

Note: 'ES_EMCLI%' named credentials created whenever there is a job executed using EMCLI command.
