Goal

Repeat Notification Shows the Original Metric Value when the Alert is Generated and Not the Current Value.

Example:

Filesystem usage thresholds with 70 as warning and 90 as critical.
At 10:00 AM, there is a critical mail generated for filesystem usage after crossing the value 90.
Repeat notifications are enabled for this alert for every 30 minutes.
At 10:30 AM, repeat notification will be sent stating the current metric value is 91 despite the usage is different, say 95.
