EM 13c: Database Discovery Fails With ADF_FACES-60097/60096:Server Exception (Doc ID 2819793.1)

Symptoms

Guided database discovery in Enterprise Manager 13.5 fails with the following error.

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #17

Restarting OMS will allow only one discovery and again same errors starts to pop-up.
