omsca recover command failed with teh following error

OMSCA-ERR:Post deploy operations failed. Check the trace file:/<OMS_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/omsca/omsca_<Date time stamp>.log
Add OMS failed
Cannot determine if BI Publisher is configured with Enterprise Manager: INSTANCE_HOME directory doesn't exist
OMS CA recover failed
