Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, when applying patch on RAC database server using fleet maintenance it failed at below step with error
RunPostSql with "Can't locate ProvCommon.pm"

The output of the directive is:
Can't locate ProvCommon.pm in @INC (you may need to install the ProvCommonmodule) (@INC contains: /back/JOB_C972971C45A708C9E053A246400AD606
/app/oracle/agent/agent_13.4.0.0.0/perl/lib/5.28.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at
/backup//JOB_C972971C45A708C9E053A246400AD606/runPostSwitchSql.pl line 25.
