EM 13c: Some OEM Jobs Are Skipped or Going To Suspended Mode (Doc ID 2824385.1)

Symptoms

Some OEM Jobs are going in Suspended Mode or getting skipped from the execution. These jobs are created as 'Multi-Task' jobs and are executed in multiple steps, SQL Scripts against database target and then OS shell scripts against host target.
