In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control any Plugin undeploy gets struck at below step on additional OMS:

Remove plug-in's Oracle home 11/21/21 5:48:42 PM EST 11/21/21 5:48:49 PM EST Success

Customer had recently secured the WLS with Third-party certificates using Document <Note 2220788.1>
