In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Looking at View Compliance Standard: "Oracle 12c Database CIS V3.0.0 - Level 1 - RDBMS using Traditional Auditing for Oracle Cluster Database."
Selected 'FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS' Is Less than or Equal to '5' ( Compliance Standard Rule )

In this rule we find the reference to:
Configuration Extension Name: Oracle Database 12c v3 CIS Configuration
Alias Name: CIS12C_3_0_0_RULE_3_1_RAC Configuration

However when navigating to the Configuration Extension with this name "Oracle Database 12c v3 CIS Configuration" we do not find Alias IS12C_3_0_0_RULE_3_1_RAC.

We can find the same when navigated to the Configuration Extension with name “Oracle Cluster Database 12c v3 CIS Configuration”.
