Symptoms

11.2.0.4 database version has been discovered in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control as a target.

From this database homepage, the Performance -> Performance Hub -> SQL Monitoring tab does not load the historical SQL query. It instead reports below error:

SQL Monitoring not supported for this database version
