Symptoms

When attempting to login to Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (EM FMWc), the following error occurs. The environment was configured with IDCS authentication using unknown steps.

The access log shows redirect loop to error page.

Changes

IDCS endpoint no longer exists although it is still configured.
