Download page of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 5 (13.5.0.0.0) for Windows x86-64 (64-bit)  shows  the checksum are all digits. Usually when  download a patch, the checksum is in alphanumeric (SHA1 and SHA256).
