Symptoms

Email Alert Received for stateless incident raised during Notification Blackout windows once notification blackout is stopped.

Notification blackout created for Database targets. During blackout window Stateless Incident ( Alert log Metric) raised. Once Blackout window is stopped started receiving Email Alert for Stateless Incident created during Notification blackout window.
