Symptoms

The Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4 Cloud Control Agent consumes excessive CPU while collecting Oracle Home configuration information for WebLogic Server (WLS) 10.3.6 targets.

A TOP command output shows the following processes during high CPU usage:
