Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, trying to apply the GI Patch through Fleet Maintenance got struck in Running state.

Job output log had the following details:

Job Steps Log for Job :Transfer Common Root Component

1:Inline transfer and execution of the Software Library Entities:inlineTransferExec
Inline mode not allowed, will run in normal mode
------------------------------------------------------------
1:Inline transfer and execution of the Software Library Entities:inlineTransferExec
2:Create Staging Directory:createStageDirectory
