Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, after rollback RU4 from agent emctl got corrupted and is empty:


hostname - oracle@hostname:/export/home/oracle> ls -ltrh /agent/agent_13.5.0.0.0/agent_13.5.0.0.0/bin/emctl
-rwxr--r-- 1 oracle oinstall 0 Feb 16 19:07 /agent/agent_13.5.0.0.0/agent_13.5.0.0.0/bin/emctl
