EM 13c: All Agents Are in Unreachable Status After Migrating OMS to New Server (Doc ID 2853873.1)

Symptoms

EM 13c, Multi-node OMS.
Migrated one of the OMS server to a new host and re-secured with SLB.
All Agents started reporting OMS is unreachable:
