Symptoms

In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, When running the UPDATE_GI  command in RAC cluster environment, the process fails in intilization step with the following error.

Command:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="xxx" -purpose=UPDATE_GI -target_type=cluster -target_list="CLS" -normal_crretsuuicdential="NC_HOST_GRID:OEM" -privilege_credential="NC_HOST:OEM" -rolling=true -startupDatabase=false -node_list="nod1" -input_file="data:/pmt"
