Symptoms

After apply patch to OMS and weblogic Admin Server does not start :


emctl start oms -admin_only
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 5

Starting Admin Server only...
Admin Server Could Not Be Started
Check Admin Server log file for details: <GC_INST>/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_ADMINSERVER/logs/EMGC_ADMINSERVER.out
