Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4 Cloud Control

The EM 13.4 LogFileMonitor metric for a host target used to monitor the /var/log/audit/audit.log file changes the ownership of emagent_perl.trc to root.

The Agent's perl trace files have the wrong ownership, root:root instead of <agent_user>:oinstall

>cd <Agent_HOME>/agent_inst/sysman/log/
> ls -latr

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5242937 Nov 27 00:39 .emagent_perl.trc
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 339401 Dec 8 15:39 emagent_perl.trc
