EM 13c: SQL Script Jobs Failing To Execute on 19c DB With 'ORA-01034: ORACLE Not Available' Error (Doc ID 2868233.1)

Symptoms

The SQL script jobs are executing successfully when executed manually on 19c databases. But same jobs are failing when executed via Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c with below error.

SQL> SQL> ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
