EM 13c: ASH analytics page, can not select 24 hours from calendar as start time

Symptoms
On Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c,
Database target homepage -> Performance -> Performance Hub -> ASH Analytics
select Custom at Quick Select,
Then at Time Range section, set End Time to 2021/11/24 11:00:00.
Then set Start time 2021/11/22. From calendar, We can only select
11:00 or early time. We cannot select 12:00 or later time
