EM 13c Fleet:Update DB Job Is Not Honoring Wallet_Root and TDE_Configuration Init Parameter For 18c DB And Above Version (Doc ID 2872303.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet Update DB job fails at initialize step when database is configured with TDE and wallet location specified in Wallet_Root and TDE_Configuration init parameter.

Oracle Home is/refresh/app/oracle/product/18.7.0
CDB Property is: true
Listener Target for Database is :LISTENER_Name
Listener property name is : LISTENER
TNS Admin for listener is : /refresh/app/oracle/product/18.3.0/network/admin
TNS admin is outside Oracle home. Same will be used for destination Oracle home
Current TNS Admin is : /refresh/app/oracle/product/18.3.0/network/admin
TNS Admin for destination is :
/refresh/app/oracle/product/18.3.0/network/admin
