Automatic Sql Tuning Results Details: Session Information Unavailable (Doc ID 2872423.1)

In OEM console, from home page of container database, navigate to Performance -> Advisors Home

login as a CDB admin user (C##SOMEUSER)

Advisor Central -> Advisor Tasks -> select "sys_auto_sql_tuning_task" -> "View Results"

in the Automatic SQL Tuning Result Summary section click on "View Report"

The reports show a list of sqls with recommendations from all the containers (PDBs).

When clicked on any sql_id  or select any row then clicked on view recommendation, that belongs to PDB other than CDB$ROOT, a error page saying session information unavailable is presented.


 Logged in CDB admin user (C##SOMEUSER)  was recently created.
