Symptoms

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Console not able to login as LDAP user. Getting below error message

<OMS_INST>/gc_inst/sysman/log/emoms.log

2022-05-30 04:29:28,867 [EMUI_04_29_28_/console/admin/rep/editUser] WARN rep.UserData doGoTo.5243 - errMsg=User <USERNAME> not found in the external identity store (LDAP). Ensure the user exists in LDAP store.
