Symptoms
EM Console Error on PDB SQL Monitoring Page when the Browser Tab was inactive for some time
In the EM Console go to PDB -> Performance Hub -> SQL Monitoring. Wait some time, in case about 40 min. Click on the pull down menu button with the down arrow next to the target name at the top left of the page. A small square occurs at the top left where the banner is - nothing else happens. Click once again on the button next to the target name and an error message occurs which will be provided in a screenshot.
