Login to Fusion Middleware Control Configured for OID/LDAP Authentication Hangs After SSL Configuration Changes (Doc ID 2877199.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to FMWC Console, the main page never returns after entering the login credentials.
There is no error returned even a long time. Just a blank page is seen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter login credentials in login page.

2. Wait for as long as an hour or more.

3. The URL switches to http://hostname.domain:port/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx, but the page is not loaded.
Eventually it will timeout or fail with a message similar to "Page not found" if waiting long enough

Changes

Configured OID for LDAP authentication in this FMW Domain.
Configured the AdminServer to only use SSL Protocol TLSv1.2 and certain SSL Ciphers.
