EM13c: ODI Target and Related Components on Secondary Node Are Shown DOWN in EM Console

Symptoms
EM Cloud Control 13.4.0.0.0
Target Weblogic Domain version : 12.2.1.4.0 and Oracle Data Integrator(ODI) targets being monitored in EM.
2 node cluster setup. (Adminserver and 2 managed servers ODI_server1 on node1 and ODI_server2 on node2).
All the targets runing on node1 are UP in EM Console. But ODI_server2 and related targets on this server are shown DOWN in EM Console :
For example:
WLS ODI_server2
odiconsole
oraclediagent
odi.core.rest
ODIJrfWs
All the components of this domain are actually UP in EM FMW Console.
