Symptoms
The ability to use SYSDG role for DB monitoring was certified and supported starting in EM 13.5 RU6+
When using DB account (i.e. 'c##gts_dg') with SYSDG role for DB monitoring, the Test Connection results in below error message
"The connection test was successful. However, user "c##gts_dg" has insufficient monitoring privileges. See Credentials Required for Database Monitoring for more details"
