EM13c : Creating STS, Cannot select specific AWR snapshots when using "Customize" option (Doc ID 2882858.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, while trying to create SQL Tuning Set (STS) Cannot select specific AWR snapshots when using "Customize" option.

Navigation:
Create SQL Tuning Set
> Load SQL statements one time only
> AWR Snapshots
> Customize, then click on Go
> Choose start/end snapshots from some point prior to today, then click on Select

The Period Start and End Times get filled in with the latest set of snapshots instead of the selected ones.
