Symptoms

In container database target, Within the advisor central, select the sys_auto_sql_tuning_task -> View Report  -> implement all sql profiles
upon selecting this and applying on the next screen, it only applies to the container database (we can see the thumbsup icon).

 

The icons for sql_ids of the pluggable database still shows recommended.
