OEM13 : Repeat Notification To Work In Case Of Target Admin Groups Modifies (Doc ID 2887346.1)

In Enterprise manager, As per the current design when a notification is triggered for an event on a target as per its original incident  rule set definition. If that target has some change (i.e. Moved to a different admin group) and is no longer applicable as a target to apply actions from original incident rule set, no further notifications will be triggered from existing event.

All new incoming events will triggered all new applicable actions (after target change) as per incident rules set definition. We need to mention that what triggers the rule is the incoming event, after the target has moved from one group to another there won't be any notification unless a new event triggers any applicable rule.
