Symptoms
DBSNMP account gets locked repeatedly, in spite of correct/latest password updated in monitoring configuration, <Agent Base>/agent_inst/sysman/emd/tagets.xml in the agent does not get updated(shows old timestamp) while saving the monitoring configuration with correct/latest DBSNMP password.

DBSNMP password was recently changed
