Symptoms
On Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4, After applying EM 13.4 Release Update 16, Monitoring Credential sets for Host Target Type created earlier are not seen in the console and do not get listed by emcli command.
<MIDDLEWARE_HOME>/bin/emcli show_credential_set_info -target_type="host" -set_name="<Monitoing Credential Set>"
