EM13c : ORA-00911: Invalid Character Using RestAPI (Doc ID 2889722.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM), Cloud Control. Using RestAPI tool to communicate to Target database ( instead of using EMCLI command )

Run 'Run 'select count(END_INTERVAL_TIME) from dba_hist_snapshot' - no issue
But run 'select count(BEGIN_INTERVAL_TIME) from dba_hist_snapshot', got 'ORA-00911: invalid character' error
