Symptoms

 After discovered Exadata environment with Enterprise Manager, below alert might be output on alerthistory.

"Diagnostic packages for Service Requests will not be automatically uploaded because ASR Manager on <DB Server Host name> is not accessible or does not support automatic diagnostic package upload or does not have HTTP receiver enabled or SNMP subscribers on <DB Server Host name> are not configured properly."
