Symptoms

ASH Analytics page for CDB, version19.14.0.0.0, shows error

Internal Error
Unable to retrieve data. Try again later or contact Help.

Recreating DBSNMP.OMC_ASH_VIEWER package in target DB did not help.

The ASH Analytics page for PDB database in the CDB was working fine.

Changes

 Newly created Database.
