EM 13c: Cluster CDB Target Home page in EM Console Shows Last Backup as N/A (Doc ID 2892131.1)

From EM 13c Console, target cluster CDB home page shows "Last Backup" as N/A.

Relevant metrics are enabled.

Container database -> Metric and Collection Settings -> Other Collected Items -> High Availability Backup History

User is able to see the backups from Availability -> Backup and Recovery -> Backup Report which confirms that there are backups for this database.

Agent executes the following SQL to get the backup information by connecting to the CDB target:
