Symptoms
RDBMS: 19c RAC
After setting CPU_COUNT parameter the values are not reflected in ASH Analytics, Average Active Session -> CPU Limit.
19c cluster database with 02 instances in exadata
cpu count is set to 12 on each instance.
where as ASH analytics graph shows max cpu cores =128 and max cpu limit =256
