Emdiag details<time_stamp>.sql shows :

PROMPT 9. DBMS_SCHEDULER jobs no longer running

PROMPT = Action:
PROMPT = - Check the alertlog of the repository database to get the details
PROMPT = of the job failure
PROMPT = - Restart the scheduler job
