What is being Deprecated in 13.5 onwards:

Starting with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5, the configuration metric High Availability (ha_rman_config) has been deprecated.  

Actions

What do you need to do?

If you are currently using Enterprise Manager 13.5 or higher, use the NEW METRIC: High Availability (RMAN Configuration)  (ha_rman_configuration).

This metric enhances the original configuration metric with additional information about the container database and the pluggable databases within the container.
