Symptoms

EM 13c OMS is going down every dat around the same time. [Example: 3:00 AM in this case]

$../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emctl.log file reports following errors:

 No database backup jobs scheduled during this time on repository database.
