EM 13.5 Metric Collection Error "java.lang.NullPointerException" for OMS metric "Console Admin Message Callback Duration"

Executing the metric collection manually generates the same error:

Example:

$emcli collect_metric -target_name='hostname:4889_Management_Service' -target_type='oracle_oms' -metric_name='ConsoleAdminMsgCallbackDuration'

ConsoleAdminMsgCallbackDuration: ConsoleAdminMsgCallbackDuration:null

$../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc file reports following errors during this collection time:

Accessing the mertic page in EM console also gives the same error in the OMS logs.
