Symptoms

We receive the following error when doing RMAN Backup after scheduled blackout ends:
Checking RMAN repository settings...

error[Target rac_database<target_name> does not exist.(java.lang.IllegalArgumentException)]
Uncaught exception in command remoteOp: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Target rac_database.<target_name> does not exist.

Changes

 Customer had earlier used emcli relocate_target command on the multi-node rac database.
